Quality Legalizations
We provide high-level Sworn translations services, including attestation and legalization of marriage certificates, contracts, identification documents, and passports.
The attestation service (also known as swearing) is carried out with the assistance of our qualified native-speaking translators, who are duly registered with the court’s expert registry. This allows you to present your documents abroad while maintaining their legal validity.
Sworn translations have effective legal value, being sworn and signed by a recognized translator accredited by a court. They are registered with a protocol number at the Notary Acts and Sworn Expertise Office of the Court.
Apostille commonly refers to the legalization of a document for international use. Foreign countries often require documents to be authenticated before they are accepted within their jurisdiction.
“Authentication” certifies the signature and position of the officer who executed, issued, and certified the copy of the document.
The sole function of an apostille is to certify the authenticity of the signature on the document. Once the document is certified, it is automatically considered legalized for use in another country.
